Statement on Change of Executive Leadership

As many of you already know, CCAEJ has had an extremely challenging and tumultuous past 13 months. Recently, the board voted to discontinue the current relationship with the Executive Director.

The board has decided to move Ana Gonzales into an interim ED position to move the organization along with no gaps of activity from our phenomenal staff. Although the board of directors had to make such an extremely difficult decision in the face of recent circumstances, the board is confident that they made the appropriate decision to move the organization in a direction that will be beneficial, positive, and sustainable for the current and future staff.

Our focus will always be community first and we will do our due diligence to move forward with integrity and compassion for those that we serve.
