The Local Voices! Local Votes--Count! Campaign uses our base-building approach to community empowerment, and current relationships and contacts to raise awareness within these communities to the importance of using their voting opportunities to influence decision makers and policy decisions that directly affect their lives.

We believe that with the understanding of the direct connections between the conditions of their communities and families, quality of life, and the political choices made at the voting polls, we can motivate the ‘occasional’ (only on Presidential elections) or newly registered voter to participate in the electoral process.

La meta de la Campaña “Nuestras Voces y Votos Cuentan!” es incrementar el numero de votantes en el condado de Riverside y San Bernardino. Especificamente en areas donde hay un nivel de bajos recursos economicos, concentracion de comunidades inmigrantes y Latinas.

Nuestro trabajo envolucra organizar al nivel comunitario, registrar votantes, educar y orientar a votantes para que puedan participar politicamente en temas comunitarios locales.
